# Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for the Recall Toolbox, macOS Application that is available on the macOS App Store and TestFlight.

Recall Toolbox uses Apple’s iCloud CloudKit Sharing to enable certain features of the app, such as synchronizing data across multiple devices. Data shared via iCloud CloudKit Sharing is stored on Apple's servers and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Please note that when you use iCloud CloudKit Sharing, you are choosing to share your data with Apple and with the recipients of your shared items. The data you share may include personal information depending on the nature of the data you have chosen to share.

Recall Toolbox does not have access to your iCloud account information and does not control how your data is shared through iCloud. We do not receive or store your data on our servers.

You can manage your iCloud settings directly from your Apple device and you can read more about how Apple handles your data in Apple's Privacy Policy here.

Recall Toolbox does not collect any user data. No personal information is transmitted, stored, or used by this application (apart from iCloud, as explained above).

Recall Toolbox does not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools. It does not contain any in-app purchases or advertisements.

Recall Toolbox does not communicate with any external servers or services, and it does not access any data on your device beyond what is necessary for the application to function properly (apart from iCloud, as explained above).

Apple may collect and use certain usage and performance data from the apps that are available on the App Store. This data is used to help improve the App Store and the overall user experience.

This data collection is not specific to any individual user, and it is not possible for app developers to opt out of this data collection by Apple.
